Passing the real estate appraiser exam is one of the requirements to become a real estate appraiser in Washington. The exam content outline is based on a job analysis conducted by the Assessor Qualifications Board (AQB).
The aim is to ensure that exam writers have the necessary knowledge and skills to properly assess real estate. The exam is conducted by PSI.
