I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to teach cooking classes again, and while they still need a lot of work – deciding on a class theme and recipes, putting together a recipe packet, creating event and graphics boards, marketing. Classes, shopping. , preparation, training, and cleanup – virtual online classes are much more manageable and sustainable than when I was teaching face-to-face classes. Plus, people can (and do) join from anywhere in the world!

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your confirmation email containing a link to our Zoom class along with information and instructions. Each class officially begins once a minimum number of slots are filled – at which point the recipes appear in the document. My goal is to have the recipes available to you at least 5 days before the class to give you enough time to order / purchase ingredients if you choose to cook.
While I love seeing my students’ faces, using video during a live class is optional. Note: Even if you choose to show your video, for class recordings made available to the public as classes on demand, no one’s video will be shown except mine.
We do our best to prepare you in advance so that you are ready to start class. If you have any problems during the class, my assistant is ready to help you. Sometimes it’s a user-side problem, and when there’s a problem on my side, we do our best to mitigate it immediately. One of the advantages of live classes is that they are real-time, which means it is a live feed. Sometimes technical issues are out of our control, but so far, we’ve never had any real problems that took away from the purpose of the class.
