I really like Rachel’s class because I find the exercises she focuses on really helpful for pregnancy and for preparing for birth, plus she’s really considerate of different people’s bodies and their different needs depending on belly size and stage of pregnancy.
It’s also great because she’s a doula, so her insights into labor and birth were really valuable.
I really liked the class. I say actually because, as you know, yoga has never been my “thing” and computer stuff is also not my “thing” but Jess!
I have been walking around for 5 weeks with such knee/leg pain and all the alignment work has made me feel SO much better!

A Complete Guide To Prenatal Yoga
Something you’ve said a few times to the effect of not being afraid of what might happen during labor, just thinking “is this happening right now”. I’ve heard a lot of yoga teachers say “be in the moment” but it never made much sense, so thanks for putting that idea into a more usable phrase.
I went to a free class with Viviana on Wednesday and it was great so I’m really excited to continue the practice.
The feeling that these amazing ladies, especially dear Melanie, give pregnant women with pure love, care, peace and knowledge is priceless.

Lindy was my first class after a long break, she was so soothing and healing for me. I walked in feeling rusty and a bit “off”, I left the class feeling safe and nurtured. Melania’s class was also exceptional; her pelvic openers really soothed my lower back; tingling now in a state of utter relief!

I attended Kathy’s prenatal class today as a mom with a dog, toddler, and 4 month old while trying to get work done. Cathy didn’t bat an eye.

Daho is great. I had a free class with her and loved the prenatal yoga practice that day.
She adjusts the poses according to the week of pregnancy, pays attention to how you are, corrects them and the best thing is that you don’t feel tired after the class.
Heather led a beautiful class working to make “Breathing with movement and staying in the present moment a goal beyond personal perfection” as her theme.
I felt that the Warrior poses were challenging in holding time, which was good because the contractions will take a while as well. Feeling that intensity and going through it is an excellent preparation for childbirth.
