Join the Law Library’s annual Constitution Day event in person or online The event will feature Harvard Law School William Nelson Cromwell Law Professor Mark Tushnet in an interview with University of Virginia School of Law Dean Risa Goluboff. Professor Tushnett and Dean Goluboff will discuss Professor Tushnett’s book, “The Hughes Court: From Progressivism to Pluralism, 1930 to 1941,” on the United States Supreme Court during the Hughes era.

Join the Law Library of Congress and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for “Law in the Time of COVID-19: Legal Complexities of the COVID-19 Pandemic.” The panel discussion, featuring British and American lawyers and judges, will address public health and personal autonomy, constitutional challenges to government mandated vaccinations, masking and social distancing requirements, varying federal, state and all other requirements or restrictions, in the justice system of COVID-19.
