Returns of training materials sold or borrowed through the Monroe County Community College online bookstore will be accepted by up to 30 days after the book is shipped or after the course start date, whichever is later. In case of late start of the semester, books can be returned up to 15 days after the start date of the course. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number to ensure the return process is successfully completed.
