For all our online chats, all you really need is a good mat and space to move. We will let you know in advance if you need Pilates mats, weights or other home equipment for any class.

For all 1:1s, you will receive a reminder email 48 hours before your class. Our management team will send you a zoom ID and password when you book a session. If you see us repeating it often, we try to keep the same code.

As I enter the second week, my cramps are stronger and I can feel muscles I never knew existed on the sides of my body. Pushing is getting easier as my arm and shoulder strength is improving and I am improving my focus on feeling all the muscles working.
