How To Become A Successful Beachbody Coach – When I first started this blog, my goal was to share my fitness journey with the first Beachbody workout program to help keep myself accountable. I had gained about 35 pounds from college, and I was ready to make a change after years of unsuccessfully trying to lose weight.
After a few months of blogging, my goal was to have the most useful health and fitness blog (Beachbody) on the Internet, to help people experience the success I had with Beachbody workouts. Secondary goals like this are important, but it should all start there. how many people will you help? The more people you help, the more potential you have.

You don’t have to have all the time in the world to do this, especially if you’re still working full-time or take care of your kids all day like I do and still do, it really helped me. narrow down the most important activities.
A non-negotiable is to spend at least 30 minutes each day on coaching. Because if you only have 30 minutes a week to build your coaching business, you need to focus on specific things to focus on.

For FB, it’s trial and error and figuring out what works. Also don’t forget the stories on Instagram and Facebook!!!
